HR Board Meeting

Resibras participated in HR Board Meeting of Companies in the Industrial District of Maracanaú, articulated and promoted by the Corporate Industry Association – AEDI.

The agenda of the meeting, in addition to the presentation of companies associated to solve the matters related to foremanship and outsourced labor faced by Industries in the region, included the presentation of the social responsibility case “Peace at Home”, which is a partnership between the Public Prosecution Office, Municipal Guard and Military Policy that provide protection assistance to women that are victims of family violence.

In addition to the high number of information, the meeting provided an understanding of the integrated HR action in the companies of that municipality to address usually faced problems, thus giving us a practical view of the intersectoral action of industries in that region together with public bodies and civil society.

A Resibras participou de Encontro do Conselho de RH das Empresas do Distrito Industrial de Maracanaú, articulado e promovido pela Associação Empresarial de Industrias – AEDI.

Na pauta, além de apresentações de empresas associadas para a resolução dos serviços de capatazia e de terceirização de mão de obra vivenciados pelas Indústrias da região, houve a apresentação do case de responsabilidade social, “Paz no Lar”, parceria entre o Ministério Público, Guarda Municipal e Policia Militar que atende a mulheres em medida protetiva vítimas de violência familiar.

O encontro além de rico em informações, trouxe aprendizado relacionado a atuação integrada de RH das empresas daquele município para tratar dos problemas vivenciados em comum, nos proporcionando uma visão prática de atuação Inter setorial entre as Indústrias daquela região, junto aos órgãos públicos e a sociedade civil.
